Resident Evil 4 Remake Release Date Leaked: Will It Be Available on Ps4, Ps5, Xbox, Pc, Switch?

The Resident Evil 4 remake is already planning its release date after the Resident Evil 3 remake is done in 2020.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Release Date

Till now, there isn’t any official announcement from the creators of the Resident Evil game. But the gamers can have expectations about the release date because it can be pretty soon.

Since the game is under production, it will be released on certain platforms within the upcoming few months. The 2020 Capcom leak stated that the RE4 can be released in late 2022. But if there is a delay, the delay can be shifted to 2023.

Now, if you consider the track record of Capcom, it has been carrying out releases of its legendary Resident Evil series every year. So, if they do not release it this year and skip it, then this will be the first time that the creators didn’t follow their usual pattern.

RE4 Remake Platforms

This is the biggest question that gamers want the answer to. So, the platform that RE4 will release totally depends on the launch period. Initially, we have seen Capcom launching Resident Evil: Village on popular gaming platforms like Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and of course, PC. For that particular season, they avoided PS5 as well as the Xbox One.

But fans weren’t happy about it and later they launched it back in previous-gen consoles. In case, RE4 launches in the upcoming year, 2023, then it might be only available in current-gen consoles.

But if it’s towards the end of 2022, the studio might release it in PS4 as well as Xbox One. This decision might be taken as there is an ongoing shortage of consoles.

Recently, the supply of the consoles isn’t meeting the demand and it happened due to the frequent shutdowns of manufacturing units due to the pandemic.

Switch owners, you definitely need another gaming platform as Resident Evil 4 is not going to release on Switch. This is because the system is too weak to support such a high-quality game. However, there might be a solution if the creators release a Cloud version.

Top Gun: Maverick: Cast, Plot, Release Date, and Everything We Know

The gamers can only hope for it as there isn’t any surety about it. If so happens, Resident Evil will become one of the most popular games for all sorts of gamers.

Even if the previous version of the game wasn’t up to the mark, the fans still didn’t lose hope.

The story of Las Palgas started from Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5 movies and the threat of this parasite was evident through the film. So, in the Resident Evil game, you might see the presence of the parasite Las Palgas.

Gamers are only waiting for the final announcement regarding the RE4 and this is going to be big.
