So, finally, the release date for Season 2 of the Ultraman anime series has been revealed by Netflix with an amazing new trailer!
Tsuburaya Productions started to increase the number of projects kicked off across the globe to better press their set of Tokusatsu franchises, and this has led to several numbers of kicking collaborative projects like the new anime series with Netflix.
The Ultraman Season 1 which was adapted from the manga series of the same name written by Eiichi Shimizu and drawn by Tomohiro Shimoguchi released in April 2019 and came out to be a huge hit and seeing that the renewal of the series for its second season was announced quickly, and fans will be able to see it for soon!
Ultraman Season 2 Release Date
Initially, Netflix had confirmed the release in April as part of the Spring 2022 schedule of new anime releases, and now on January 5, 2022, Netflix has released the trailer for the second season of Ultraman and announced that this new season will be released across the world with the streaming platform on April 14th this year.

Who Is Joining the Cast of Ultraman Season 2?
Along with the announcement of the release date, opening theme, and new trailer as well, the trailer also gives us the glimpse that Maaya Sakamoto will be joining the cast of Izumi, who joins the earlier confirmed new addition of Junichi Suwabe voiced the character Alien Pedanto.
Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki are returning to direct this season for Production I.G. and SOLA Digital Arts, the second season is going to pump things up with even more fighters coming to join the roster in the upcoming episodes.
