Why Is the Drama Snowdrop So Popular Internationally?

The reason for the show’s success is its alluring storyline. It envelopes us, brings us in, engaging us with the characters as if they existed around us.

It takes us back to the era when South Korea was under a dictatorial regime. Enmity among the South and North Koreans was fueled to the extent of a cold war. Spies were infiltrated into each country in abundance. A mole could be found anywhere near you.

In such a setting, a budding romance develops between a North Korean spy Lim Soo-Ho, and Yeong-Ro, an innocent student. This forbidden love makes viewers bite their fingernails in anticipation as they wait for Yeong-Ro to discover the shocking truth about Soo-Ho, and at the same time hope that no one else discovers this dark secret.

What Has Happened So Far?

To our anger, Kye Boon Ok began to help the North Korean spies just to make her fellow dormitory members suffer.

Then to make things worse, she was ready to kill everyone in the dorm just to keep her secret safe., including Ms. Pi who gave her the task of setting North Korean spies free, and even her only friend Young Ro.

We all couldn’t stop praising the actress Kim Hye Yoon, who is uber-talented as the actress played Kye Boom Ok’s character so well that we even cried and sympathized with her. We couldn’t help feeling sorry for her when Dr. Kang betrayed her, although we were quite angry at Kye Boon Ok only a few minutes ago.

Now the hostages are free to move inside the dorm, making the situation even more precarious. Will Hoo-So and Kang Mo be able to handle the pressure? Find out in Episode 12.

“I can’t hurt you anymore”

Snowdrop’s Episode 12 is titled “I can’t hurt you anymore”. The trailer for this episode has been released on YouTube. What we like to read is the synopsis of each episode, which has been included below just for you:

“Suho (Jung Hae-in) and Lee Kang-moo (Jang Seung-jo) meet an unexpected ambush while conducting a plan to expose the presidential campaign to the world. No one in the dormitory can be trusted. Who is the spy among them?”

Soo-Ho and Kang Mo plan to get everyone out from the dorm alive, yet the mole is preventing this from happening as North Korean higher-ups have been contacted and the danger has now increased ten fold.
