What Can We Expect From the Plot of Sweet Magnolias Season 2?
We can expect the second season of the series to pick up from where the first season is left. The first season of the series ended with a dramatic cliffhanger since Maddie’s son Kyle was taken out from a vehicle, in an unconscious state, and on a stretcher, on prom night.
In an exclusive interview, Swisher said in November 2021 that the identity of the passenger will be disclosed, but there are much bigger surprises in store.
She teased saying “It’s not even the most interesting part of season 2, and it’s not even the most interesting part of the first episode,” adding further “When I read the script, I had kind of known that.
I mean, it’s very interesting to find out who [it] is. That is a huge cliffhanger, but I was like, ‘Oh, OK,’ so it’s really like a one-two punch.”
