The latest Amazon TV series “Bestseller” was truly one of its kind! Now that the series has aired fans are left bewildered about the second season and its story details.
The series which had Shruti Hassan in the lead offered a mind-blowing script and the stellar cast made the fans fall in love with its unique details. But now the question arises, what are the chances of Bestseller Season 2 happening? Well, you’ll read about it later in the article!
The show revolved around the lives of two strangers. And due to some strange events, their fates get reconciled and they are left together despite them being poles apart. The rest of the story develops from here and the way the pace of events are shown will make you lose your mind.
Why? Because almost all viewers and even the critics seemed to be impressed by the way the series ended. Which brings us to our next big question, if Bestseller Season 2 is to come then what will it entail?
This is a very tricky question to answer because first, we need to know if the sequel stands the chance of getting renewed. Once we have the confirmation news for its renewal then only we can decide on the rest of the details. Given that it is an Amazon web series you can expect a second season as well. Because in the past to we have seen a lot of web series getting more than one season. However, this decision also depends on other factors!
Bestseller Season 2 Release Date
The first season of Bestseller premiered recently on 18th February. So, there is no confirmation news for the sequel from Amazon Prime yet. But this does not mean that the web series is canceled for a second season. Why? Because decisions regarding the renewal usually come a month or two after the premiere of the latest seasons. It takes time to analyze the statistics.
So, from where we are standing right now the renewal news can come in March or April. And who knows this piece of good news might be just around the corner. However, these are just our speculations!
If (hopefully) Bestseller Season 2 gets greenlit then expect it to come out somewhere in 2023. According to our speculations, the following actors must return for the sequel:

- Arjun Bajwa
Just to make it clear, the cast for the upcoming season depends on the availability of the aforementioned characters. And of course, the story of the second season will also play a major role in this decision. There might be additions of new characters!
Bestseller Season 2 Plot
For those who don’t know, the series is based on the novel Ravi Subramaniam. The first season explored the story of Tahir Wazir and how he suffers from writer’s block. However, after meeting a fan, he finally gets an idea of how to get out of his miserable situation.
But following this decision something drastic happens to him and his fan. This “mystery” gets solved in the first few episodes only. Due to this, some fans did not seem to be pleased because according to them the last bunch of episodes had nothing to offer.
As the story ended in the first season only we can not say much about the plot of the sequel. But of course, Amazon will come up with an equally interesting script if the second season gets renewed. So, we’ll have to remain patient to find more about the plot details of Bestseller’s sequel.

There is no official trailer for Bestseller Season 2 yet. And the reason is quite obvious! However, if you still haven’t watched the series yet then consider this as a sign to watch it because you are surely missing out.
As far as any sort of footage from the sequel is concerned you’ll have to wait for a long time. It can take more than a year as well! Because the filming for the series depends on the availability of actors and almost majority of the core cast are high profile actors. So, we are hoping that the odds are in the sequel’s favor.
