Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock have reached an agreement in their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, a judge approved a settlement between the singer and her ex on Wednesday.
Until January 31, 2024, Clarkson has agreed to pay $115,000 per month in spousal support to Blackstock, with the provision that the payments would terminate if Blackstock remarries or if either partner dies before that date.
She will also have to pay her ex $45,601 per month in child support for the sake of their two children. On February 1, 2022, both spousal & child support payments were scheduled to start.

Divorce papers disclose that Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock reached an agreement on their split on March 8.
The records declare that “Child support shall continue per statute until the Minor Children reach the age of 18, or, if still attending high school full-time, until the Minor Kids graduate from high school or reach the age of 19, whichever event shall first occur,” they state.
For the sake of their two children, Clark and Blackstock have decided to share joint legal and physical custody. Clarkson, on the other hand, will have primary physical care of their children in Los Angeles, according to court filings.

“Since You’ve Been Gone” crooner Warren Peak Ranch, as well as a property in Toluca Lake, California, is among the assets he retains, according to the court papers. Blackstock has agreed to pay Clarkson $2,000 per month for the Cattle Drive property in Montana and an additional $12,500 per month for the ranch until then, so it looks he will remain in those properties until June 1, 2022.
In June 2020, Clarkson filed for divorce from Brandon Blackstock, the man she had been married to for seven years.
Even after his lease on the couple’s Montana residences expires in June 2022, Blackstock still hasn’t decided where he’ll live, according to the agreement. In the event that Blackstock relocates, the custodial timeshare timetable may vary.
After nearly seven years of marriage, Clarkson filed for divorce in June 2020. In August of 2021, their marriage was dissolved.
When Clarkson first met Blackstock at a rehearsal for the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2006, People reported, they married on October 20, 2013. The star was on hand to sing a duet of “What Hurts the Most” with Rascal Flatts. At the time, Blackstock was the band’s tour manager.

Kelly Clarkson is in the process of having her given name legally changed to something else.
River Rose, seven, and Remington Alexander, five, are their joint children. In addition, Blackstock has two children from a previous marriage.
It has been announced that Kelly Clarkson is changing her official name to Kelly Brianne. She goes by the name Brianne.
