Announcement of Girls5eva Season 2 and the Release Date
South by Southwest Panel confirmed the comedy series of Peacock. The showrunner and executive producer, Meredith Scardino who is also the creator stated, “Season 2 of Girls5eva answers the simple question: What would happen if Girls5eva was renewed for a second season?” she added, “We are so excited to share the next chapter in Dawn, Wickie, Gloria, and Summer’s journey as they enter ‘Album Mode’ and embark on making their first studio album on their own terms.”
The series will premiere on 5th May 2022 and the entire team is excited to take the journey ahead. Just like all other series, the first three episodes will drop on the same day as it starts airing. After that, each of the episodes will come out every Thursday until the show ends.

Girls5eva Season 2 Cast
The members of the cast are obviously the leads of the girl gang of Girls5eva. You will see your pop stars making music again in this series. The gorgeous ladies will join the cast for their specific roles. Sara Bareilles plays Dawn, Busy Phillips shines as Summer, Renee Elise Goldsberry is the lovely Gloria and lastly, we have Paula spell as Gloria.

Not only the release date was declared but the trailer is full of fun. The series showcases the lives of a girl group named Girls5eva and its members who were a star in the early 2000s. They climbed the ladder of success after they released the song that blew up the charts, Famous5eva.
But things took a turn for the worst when one of their members Ashley Park died due to an unfortunate pool accident. Now, after two decades, the 90s group has decided to reunite again when a young rapper picked up their song. During the season 1 end, the fans saw the group h coming back together to perform on their new song, Jingle bell after a big fight.

Executive producer Jeff Richmond, David Miner, Tina Fey, Eric Girish, and Robert Carlock are going to make another happening season. Universal Television is glad to be a part of the team yet again.

George freaking Wendt!” It seems like Gloria has a damaged knee and the girls are there to support their teammate. In fact, they are expecting that it is not going to hamper the productivity of the group.
