What Did Heard’s Attorney Say In The Court?

Makeup Brand Amber Heard

On 12th April, attorney Elaine Bredehoft had held up one of Milani Cosmetic’s products, the All-in-One Correcting Kit. It was claimed that Heard used this product to conceal the bruises that she had suffered on her face while staying with Depp. Though Bredehoft didn’t specify the name of the product she assured the jury that Heard was always seen carrying it for hiding the blemishes.

While showing the makeup product, Elaine said, “This is what Amber carried in her purse for the entire relationship with Johnny Depp,” “She’s an actor — do you honestly think she would have left her apartment ever without makeup? Do you think she would ever have wanted other people to see her bruises and cuts? This is what she used. She became very adept at it.”

“You’re gonna hear the testimony from Amber about how she had to mix the different colors for the different days of the bruises as they developed, and the different colorings and how she would use these to touch those up to be able to cover those,” Bredehoft added. “She also used concealer, foundation. … Amber didn’t even leave her bedroom without foundation on.”

The attorney tried to convince the court full of the jury about the tortures that Amber had to endure while being in a relationship. But things got intense when Milani Cosmetics took it upon themselves to clarify the situation.

The TikTok Reveal Of Milani Cosmetics

The sheer number of lies that were told are coming to light after all the updates were made public. Milani Cosmetics uploaded a TikTok video on Friday after the makeup kit was shown in the court. Amplifying the situation, the Miliani Cosmetics team clarified that the makeup kit that was shown in the court couldn’t possibly have a role in Amber’s life because it was released on the market in 2017.

The assault happened between 2012 to 2016 as stated by Amber herself. Milani Cosmetics denied any involvement and captioned the video as, “You asked us… let the record show that our Correcting Kit launched in 2017!”

As mentioned before, the product mentioned in the court or any claims regarding using this particular brand was also not stated. That’s why a very close source in support of Amber stated to People Magazine that it was just an example by the lawyer and they aren’t claiming anything else.

Even Milani Cosmetics issued a statement to the PEOPLE magazine and said, “Milani Cosmetics can confirm that the palette in question — the Milani Cosmetics Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit — did not launch until December 2017. Our video was to verify the claim that our eagle-eyed and loyal fanbase made about the product named in the trial. Milani Cosmetics is not taking a formal stance on the trial, evidence, or future outcome of the case.”
