“Big Mouth” and “BoJack Horseman” are two of Netflix’s most popular adult animated comedies. “Adventure Beast,” “Q-Force,” “Chicago Party Aunt,” and Big Mouth’s fifth season have all recently been released by the streaming service. Adult animated comedies have long been a staple on Netflix, and now fans are eagerly awaiting Season 1, Part 2 of “Inside Job,” which was produced by Alex Hirsch.
“Inside Job” has been a big hit on Netflix so far this year. Netflix’s first adult cartoon to be made in-house at Netflix Animation Studios marks a huge milestone for the streaming service (via Netflix). Critics have hailed the animated series since its premiere on October 22.
The San Francisco Chronicle’s review notes, “It’s emotionally wise and sincere, and completely bonkers in a free-associative way […] But it absolutely works,” and Fan anticipation for Part 2 has already begun, despite only having launched Part 1 of the series’ first season just a few weeks ago.
Inside Job Season 2 Release Date
Netflix has yet to make an official announcement about the second season of “Inside Job.” However, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s announcement in 2019 that the first series order contained 20 episodes, we know that there will be a second installment.
As of October 22, only 10 episodes of the show were available on Netflix, instead of the standard Season 1, and they were titled “Part 1” instead of “Season 1.” As a result of this classification, the next ten episodes are imminent.
Right now, the question of when “Inside Job” Part 2 will be released hangs heavy. Even if Netflix ordered 20 episodes, there is a chance that the second season will be kept under wraps for some time before it airs.
“Masters of the Universe: Revelation” falls within this category. It was stated in early October (via Deadline) that Season 1, Part 2 of the animated fantasy series would be released one month earlier than the actual release date, which aired in July.

However, the branding of “parts” rather than “seasons” raises a few issues. Although the last season of “Bojack Horseman” (via IMDb) was broadcast over a few months apart, Netflix shows it all together on its service as a single episode. However, the Netflix series “Disenchantment” by Matt Groening, like “Inside Job,” has seasons titled “parts” and is released one at a time.
“Inside Job” Part 2 may be released on Netflix during the next year, providing there are no severe delays in the production of the remaining 10 episodes but there is an estimation that the show has a chance to be out on October 22, 2022, right after one year of the previous season release, if everything remains good.
