Dr. Stone Season 3

Dr. Stone Season 3

Dr. Stone Season 3 is in Development, it may be the name of a podiatrist somewhere, but in the world of anime, it’s one of the most recent heroes to emerge and win over fans’ hearts. Manga-based “Dr. Stone” takes place thousands of years into a time when humanity has been transformed into stone by a mysterious event.

Then, one day, a brilliant adolescent named Senku is brought back to life. Soon after, his old friend Taiju does the same, and the two of them work together to find a way to revive the rest of humanity when they aren’t busy fighting for their lives against things like lions and lethal gases.

The science may not always add up, but when the story is so compelling, it doesn’t have to. The last two seasons have left many questions unanswered, but a new trailer for Season 3 confirms that even more will be revealed. Here are some things to look forward to in “Dr. Stone” Season 3.

What’s the Release Date for Dr. Stone Season 3?

The first season of “Dr. Stone” premiered in the summer of 2019, and the second season will premiere at the start of 2021, about a year and a half after the first. Season 3 has yet to be given an official release date, but if history is any indication, it is likely to arrive in the spring or summer of 2022, depending on various factors.

There is no word on when the upcoming episodes of “Dr. Stone” will be released, despite the teaser’s promise of an epic sea voyage. People who live in the United States should be prepared to wait a little longer for new episodes to air when they do.

Toonami airs the English dubs of the episodes after they air in Japan. We will keep you up to date on both release dates as soon as they become available.

Who Is in the Cast of Dr. Stone?

In Season 3 of “Dr. Stone,” the voice cast for both dubs is likely to remain largely unchanged. For the Japanese dub, Yûsuke Kobayashi (“Food Wars”) and Makoto Furukawa (“One Punch Man”) should lend their voices to Senku and Taiju. Both Aaron Dismuke (“Fullmetal Alchemist”) and Ricco Fajardo (“Fullmetal Alchemist”) have lent their voices to the English dubs of their respective characters (“Sky Wizard Academy”).

Dr. Stone Season 3 cast

Japanese voice actors like Manami Numakura, Gen Satô, and Ayumu Murase are likely to return for “Dr. Stone” Season 3 to voice additional characters. There have been recurring English voice actors like Brandon McInnis, Felecia Angelle, and Brittany Lauda.

Since Season 3 appears to be taking the characters into new, uncharted territory (both literally and metaphorically), viewers can expect to see and hear some new faces and voices.

What Will Happen in Dr. Stone Season 3?

As much as watching the “Dr. Stone” Season 3 trailer might have led you to believe otherwise, the tease was simply meant to hint that Senku and his crew will be embarking on another sea voyage soon. The anime will then adapt the “Age of Exploration” arc, which follows the manga’s lead.

In order to learn more about what caused humanity to turn to stone, they construct the massive ship Perseus and set sail around the world. There are many more inventions that they come up with along the way to help them get mankind back on track.

At this point, the manga has been running since 2017, and it shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. In an interview with Anime News Network, writer Riichiro Inagaki mentioned, “So as far as the end, I’m not sure and that’s not necessarily about the story. We have a general idea of how the story will end itself but as we’ve gone along this journey, sometimes it’s three steps forward, two steps back… but I definitely want to see it to the end. What I can definitely promise is that I would never stretch it out just for the sake of business.”

“Dr. Stone” might not last forever like some other anime, but fans can bet that Season 3 won’t be the end. For more such updates do follow us only on
