While many were anticipating seeing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with their two children, Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana, when they returned to the UK for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee festivities this weekend, the couple kept a low profile and were only spotted on a few occasions.
Despite the fact that their two young children were kept out of the limelight, including Lilibet’s first meeting with her great-grandmother the Queen at a private lunch, fans were able to catch a glimpse of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the window of Buckingham Palace on Thursday after the flypast.
At the cathedral’s Friday service, Lord Lieutenant Colonel Sir Alexander Matheson of Matheson served as the Queen’s Senior Gentleman Usher.
