I don’t know about you, but I was surprised by how the new show kept the same sense of humor and flow, even though Sam (Jennette McCurdy), one of the most important characters, is no longer there. The new members of the main cast, Harper (Laci Mosley) and Millicent, more than makeup for Sam’s absence (Jaidyn Triplett). And the show has grown along with its fan base, with Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) talking openly about her sexuality, dealing with problems that come with being an adult in the age of the internet, and being able to swear. Hell yeah!
Already, season 2 of the reboot is shaping up to be a great follow-up to season 1, which ended on a cliffhanger. Even though not all of the second part’s episodes have come out yet, I already know I’ll want more.

Sadly, we don’t know just yet. Paramount+ hasn’t made any official announcements regarding the series’ possible renewal. It’s too soon to tell, but we might find out before season 2 is even over. Icarly Reboot Season 3 Cast
If the reboot doesn’t turn into a spin-off, you can expect Miranda to come back and play Carly in the title role. Also, it seems likely that the main group, which includes Freddie (Nathan Kress), Spencer (Jerry Trainor), Harper, and Millicent, would be back.
Josh Peck, who played Miranda’s TV big brother on Drake & Josh, made a guest appearance in Season 2. There were also a few queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race there. So maybe there will be more cameos that are fun to watch? Maybe Noah Munck’s dog Gibby? Sam??? All we can do is hope.

Like a lot of sitcoms, iCarly is one of those series that doesn’t need to be watched exactly in order. Every episode is a new adventure and its own story. You never really need to know everything that’s happened in the series so far, although the background knowledge certainly helps.
Season 3 would probably just have Carly deal with new shenanigans as she continues to develop new content for iCarly and navigates her relationships.

Icarly Reboot Season 3 is still unconfirmed, there are no set dates yet. But if we follow the schedule the reboot’s been on so far, the earliest season 3 would premiere is sometime in 2023.
