Netflix Pulled WWE Vince McMahon Documentary: Here Are The Details
Netflix as well as WWE did announce the Vince McMahon documentary. They updated the fans that the documentary was in development but soon Netflix pulled the WWE Vince McMahon documentary off their list. Salcedo tweeted, “Sources tell me that the Vince McMahon Netflix documentary has been pulled & is of the programming spreadsheet at Netflix. A source at Netflix confirmed it is no longer being listed on their spreadsheet, another source at Netflix said ‘that shit’s out of here.”
“Another source indicated that the project was already ‘deep’ in post-production & that several talent interviews had been done months ago & that million were spent. I spoke to one of the producers on the project, however, they declined to confirm nor deny this story to me. “

Will Netflix Be At Loss After This?
Netflix pulled the WWE Vince McMahon documentary, however, it may have to incur a lot of losses. A source involved with the project claimed that the documentary was already in its post-production stage. Many talents have filmed interviews and millions have been spent in the process. The producers from Netflix are refusing to address the questions and neither confirming nor declining the updates.
This project was first revealed to the audience during the “Q3 earnings call back in 2020”. As a matter of fact, WWE confessed that Netflix has come forward with a “groundbreaking deal” with Vince McMahon for the documentary.
While addressing the questions of an interview in February, CEO Stephanie McMahon who was also the interim WWE Chairwoman back then revealed that the documentary will show Vince in a different light. Fans will get to see him as a father and how he beautifully manages his family.
She added, “You’re going to learn things you’ve never learned about Vince McMahon. This is his story, it’s his life, and it’s a little-known story. My dad grew up in a trailer park in North Carolina. A lot of people don’t know that.”
Before all this drama happened, Stephanie McMahon was excited to be part of this project. In March 2021 when he attended the Dimes event, he did talk about the upcoming documentary. She mentioned that the documentary is slated to release in 2022, however, the time schedule was not verified or updated by him. McMahon claimed that it was going to be updated. But it seems like that isn’t going to happen since Netflix pulled the WWE Vince McMahon documentary.

Triple H said, “Yeah, well in-house, but I think more in a larger format is something we talked about a lot,” “I think prior to now, Vince was always hesitant to do it. It’s a funny thing with Vince, he really doesn’t see himself…while Mr. McMahon is one of the most epic characters ever, he doesn’t see himself as part of the programming,”
But now that Netflix pulled the WWE Vince McMahon documentary, a lot of people involved with the project will be facing losses. Please note that the news isn’t confirmed and until the final confirmation comes, you have to wait to be sure.
