On Saturday, October 15th, the Milwaukee Admirals will play the Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m. at Allstate Arena to open the 2022-23 season. Saturday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. marks the start of the Ads’ home portion of their schedule, led by Karl Taylor, their fifth-year head coach.

The Admirals’ uneven 72-game season concludes on April 16 at home against the Rockford IceHogs, six months and a day later. With 13 opponents to contend with in 2018, the Ads will face their first-ever meeting with the Tucson Roadrunners this season. Toronto Marlies, Laval Rockets, Hartford Wolfpacks, San Diego Gulls, and the Belleville Senators will all be in town, as will the Laval Rockets, Springfield Thunderbirds, and the Hartford Wolfpack.

In contrast, the Ads’ most frequent foes will come from within the division, with Chicago, their arch-rival, taking on them a whopping 12 times. Milwaukee will play Rockford 10 times and each of Grand Rapids, Iowa, Manitoba, and Texas 8 times. This gives them 54 games against teams in their own division.

At least a third of Milwaukee’s regular-season home games will be played on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday this season. At the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, they will host eight games on Wednesdays, including two Baird/UW-Milwaukee School Day bouts on November 9 and March 8.

Two five-game homestands are scheduled for the Admirals this season: from January 27 to February 4 and from March 8 to March 18. Dec. 1-10 will be the team’s biggest road trip, with five games.
