Amber Heard’s house in California has been sold. She reportedly sold her Yucca Valley home for $1,050,000 on July 18, according to a source. In the Mojave Desert, the roughly 2,500-square-foot house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, according to Dirt.
The sale of the property, which Heard purchased for $570,000 in 2015, reportedly doubled her fortune, according to the media outlet. A month after Johnny Depp won his defamation action against her, news of Heard’s property sale broke. The jury decided that Heard should pay Depp $15 million in total, with $10 million going toward compensatory damages and the remaining $5 million going toward punitive damages.

Due to Virginia’s punitive damages cap, Judge Penney Azcarate reduced Depp’s punitive damages to $350,000. Heard has decided to pursue the matter further by filing an appeal in the matter. She was successful in pursuing one of her three counterclaims, and the jury awarded her $2 million in compensatory damages. Heard’s counterclaim victory has been appealed by Johnny Depp.
Since the conclusion of the case, Heard requested that the court declare a mistrial, arguing that the jury had the wrong individual. Her request was turned down.
Claims that Johnny Depp’s team tried to enter nude images of Heard into evidence and said he was using erectile dysfunction medicine were revealed in 6,000 pages of unsealed pre-trial court documents unsealed earlier this month. For more such updates do follow us only on Lee Daily
