Even after bidding farewell to her long-running show, she is preparing to have a comeback soon with her upcoming podcast and she informed the audience about it through the podcast’s official Instagram account. The podcast’s name will be “The Wendy Experience” and she captioned it by saying, “TRUST ME I will be BACK!” However, this announcement is far more shocking amidst the speculations surrounding the health of the TV host.
Besides her health struggle, she was also believed to have married a man named Henry who is a New York Police Department officer. But those claims have been clarified by her manager, William Selby. Wendy Williams Has An Autoimmune Disorder Named Grave’s Disease
The 57-years talk show host has been struggling with her health for the longest period. She has always been open about the disease that she has been battling. It is an autoimmune system disorder that has been going tough on her. This is caused due to the overproduction of thyroid hormones in your body. It was mainly because of this disease that Wendy had to choose to leave her show. She has been diagnosed with this disease over two decades ago and kept fighting it to make such great achievements.

Remember the 2017 incident when Wendy dressed as the Statue of Liberty for the Halloween special episode and she fainted on the ground? Well, that was the reason for her autoimmune disease. It all happened on live air and after the commercial break, she returned to host the show again. The reason behind this fainting was said to be low electrolyte levels. Post that Wendy took a long three weeks to leave after the doctors suggested she take a rest. This was the first of the ten seasons that Wendy took a sick leave.
However, this isn’t the only disease that she suffers from. Wendy talked about her lymphedema disease which leads to excessive build-up of fluid in one’s body that further leads to damaged and blockage of the lumps system. Apart from that, Wendy also has got vertigo due to which she feels like everything is spinning around her.
As a matter of fact, she even stopped wearing high heels since the lymphedema leads to unwanted feet and leg swelling. To clarify all the doubts, she took to social media and said, “Stop asking me about the cankles, I have lymphedema,” “Stop asking me why I wear sneakers, I have lymphedema. Stop asking me why my eyes bulge, I’ve got Graves’ disease. Stop asking me, like, dumb mess! Can we connect on a more cerebral level?”

After the latest appearances and behavior of the talk show host, fans got very concerned about their talk show host. Paparazzi had recorded disoriented footage of the star on Monday and she didn’t look in the best of her health.

Selby on the other hand claims that everything is fine with Wendy. Though she is physically unfit in multiple instances mentally, she is perfect.
Selby said, “I find a lot of people are trying to say that Wendy isn’t well, but she’s a 58-year-old woman that’s going through a lot at one time,” Selby said. “So Wendy’s not gonna have her best moments all the time. There’s gonna be times where she’s going to be physically going through something and she’s trying to be strong or push through, but the reality is that she’s one human dealing with a lot at one time.”
It is said that Wendy is eager to work on new projects and come back for her audiences. But as fans must be, many are worried if she is strong and fit enough to take on such a huge responsibility.
