Details of the new Series commencing next week were discussed in further depth during the most recent Forza Horizon 5 Let’s Go! live broadcast, and like their counterparts in the UK, Playground Games has decided to do away with numerical ratings.
Beginning with “Rami’s Racing History,” the numerous new Series that debut every four weeks will no longer be numbered, but instead will just have names. You’ll just have to imagine that it’s Forza Horizon 5 Series 11…
You’ll recognize Rami, aka Ramiro Luiz Miron, from many of FH5’s minigames and other events, and he’ll be the focus of this new story arc. One of his many titles is “El Jefe” (“The Chief”), the famed street racer who presides over the antics of Horizon Street Scene.

The Playlist will contain events centered on automobiles from four distinct time periods: before the 1970s, then 1970-1989, 1990-2009, and finally from 2009 onwards. While the weekly events have been streamlined slightly so that you can complete all of the PR Stunts with the same vehicle, the chronological order of the events has been maintained.
In addition, two brand-new public relations stunts will make a brief appearance over the course of this season. River Run and Green Hills are both high-velocity areas.
The addition of voiceovers to the Playlist is a cool new addition. We don’t know the specifics yet, but it’s been proposed that different personalities may interject throughout your races to discuss the significance of the vehicles you’re using.
On top of that, a brand new Horizon Story, titled “Made in Mexico,” has been released. In order to access this Expedition, you must first complete any other Expedition, after which you will be taken on a journey through the history of automobile culture in Mexico. And the Vocho is included in that.

There are a total of nine chapters, and players can get an Accolade for finishing each as one with a perfect score. As is customary, there are additional Accolades to be earned for assembling the full Series set.
The update will also include seven new automobiles, including the most costly car ever featured in a Horizon game. The Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR is a race car that Sir Stirling Moss drove to victory in the Mille Miglia. Mercedes has kept the 1955 car in a museum for most of the years since Moss won the race by over half an hour over teammate Juan Manuel Fangio.
The Autoshow price tag of 143,000,000 credits is, of course, a reference to the $143,000,000 that was made off the sale of a similar chassis that had been modified to Uhlenhaut Coupe standards last year. The time savings from winning it for 160 points in the Series Playlist are minimal.
There’s another car visible in the teaser shot, located at position 80. The BMW M4 from the G92 generation makes its debut appearance in a non-mobile racing game, and the Competition enhancements bring it closer to a “purist” rear-wheel drive configuration.

Starting with the legendary Porsche 550 Spyder in Summer, you can purchase new cars from the Playlist for only 20 points in each of the four seasons. In 1955, James Dean was killed while driving this automobile, which he nicknamed “Little Bastard.”
The Holden VK Commodore, a homologation special for the Australian Touring Car Championships, returns in the fall, and in the winter, the Subaru Legacy RS joins the fray as another racer for the road.
At long last, come Spring, you’ll have a chance to win one of two brand-new automobiles. Both the Chinese electric sedan Xpeng P7 (pronounced “shau-pong,” a contraction of “Xiaopeng”) and the German sports car BMW M3 GTS score 20 points. Tommy Bargains is a fresh and welcome addition. Don’t miss out on this charming car dealer making a visit every Wednesday in the Forzathon Shop during the Series selling rare cars at bargain prices.
Series not-11 will begin on Thursday, August 18 at 14:30UTC, and we anticipate the update to arrive around that time. But Playground Games is already planning for the next Series theme, with the Horizon Road Trip kicking off on September 15. Stay tuned with us only on Lee Daily
