He also owns a pad in the Hollywood Hills. In 2005, he sold these two abodes for a quick modest profit 2005. 

The next year, he acquired a $3.5 million home in the Hollywood Hills and after a year, he listed it for sale for $3.875 million. After not finding buyers for a number of years, ultimately, he sold it for $3.05 million in 2014.
