Paramount+ Will Stream a Tribute Concert for Taylor Hawkins, Featuring Travis Barker and Shane Hawkins

The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert, held in memory of the Foo Fighters drummer, will be broadcast live on Paramount+. The event, set to take place on September 3 at London’s Wembley Stadium, will be filmed in real time under the direction of Joel Gallen and the production of Emer Patten for EP-PIC Films & Creative.

All of the shows will be streamed live and on-demand through Paramount’s digital and streaming services.

Paramount also announced On Wednesday several additional performers and guests will show up during the event including Travis Barker, Nandi Bushell, Martin Chambers, Chris Chaney, Chevy Metal, Stewart Copeland, Josh Freese, Liam Gallagher, James Gang, Violet Grohl, Omar Hakim, Justin Hawkins, Shane Hawkins, Joshua Homme, Chrissie Hynde, Alain Johannes, Brian Johnson, John Paul Jones, Kesha, Greg Kurstin, Geddy Lee & Alex Lifeson, Brian May & Roger Taylor, Krist Novoselic, Nile Rodgers, Mark Ronson, Luke Spiller, Supergrass, Rufus Taylor, Lars Ulrich, Wolfgang Van Halen with a special appearance by Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock.

Coverage begins live on Saturday, September 3 at 11:30 a.m. ET/4:30 p.m. BT on Paramount+ in the United States, Pluto TV in other countries, and MTV Brand YouTube Channels everywhere else. Accessible on-demand starting September 3 via Paramount+ around the world and the week of September 5 via Pluto TV and MTV VOD.

Paramount’s international broadcast and cable networks will air special editions of the concert during primetime. On September 3rd, CBS will air a special featuring highlights from the tribute concert (10-11 p.m. ET). After airing in Latin America on September 3 and in other foreign areas on September 4, MTV will air the one-hour special across its channels worldwide. This will be followed by a longer two-hour compilation that will air globally in September.
