Speculation about the contestants’ celebrity ancestry has lit up the internet since ABC’s new show, “Claim to Fame,” premiered. Kevin Jonas and his younger brother Frankie (yep, the so-called “Bonus Jonas”) host the new series, and it’s a huge hit so far.
Despite being much younger than his brothers Kevin, Joe, and Nick when they formed the Jonas Brothers band, 21-year-old Frankie appears to be ready to take his place in the spotlight as a host. Both the competitors and the audience of Claim to Fame have to use their brains to figure out how the celebrities in question are related to one another, but has Pepper’s famous relative been unmasked yet?
How Does “Claim to Fame” Function?
There are 12 celebrity relatives competing against each other to find the famous relative of another contestant on the show Claim to Fame. They must, of course, conceal the identity of their own renowned relative.
Each week, one competitor will be designated “the guesser,” and he or she must correctly guess the celebrity connection of another candidate in order to avoid elimination. The winner of the competition will get $100,000.
What Happened to Pepper in the First Episode of “Claim to Fame”?
The first episode of Claim to Fame got off to a dramatic start as a competitor was eliminated from the show. Pepper, who was playing the role of “guesser” for this episode, was going to try to guess her co-star Maxwell’s identity when the producers cut to a commercial.
When the show resumed, Kevin and Frankie revealed that Maxwell had been disqualified for using a disguised cell phone, in violation of the show’s “no electronic devices” rule. With the revelation that Maxwell is the grandson of Chuck Norris, Pepper was safe to stay.
Since Pepper had already admitted that she was going to guess Steven Spielberg for Maxwell, which would have resulted in her being sent home, this was especially welcome news.
Who Is Related to Pepper from “Claim to Fame”?
During the premiere of Claim to Fame, Pepper was compared to such stars as Anne Hathaway, Maya Rudolph, Drew Barrymore, and Bebe Neuwirth, and Twitter followers went wild. Fans have noticed similarities between Pepper and Shelley Duvall, who played Wendy in “The Shining.”

It has been speculated that Pepper is the granddaughter of the late, great entertainer Dean Martin, although this notion has not been widely accepted. Internet detectives have viewed Pepper’s Instagram profile, where they found an article with language implying she is related to the Rat Pack member.
Who Are the Other Contestants on “Claim to Fame” Related to?
Fans have speculated widely online about the possible familial connections amongst the show’s other actors. Speculations circulating amongst viewers at the moment include that LC is related to Keke Palmer or Lawrence Fishburne, that X is Laverne Cox’s brother, and Dominique resembles Lonni Love.
Fans seem to be persuaded that Logan is connected to country music artist Jason Aldean, despite the fact that several viewers have pointed out that he looks very like Spider-Man actor Tom Holland. Whoopi Goldberg’s granddaughter Amarah had already been introduced to the audience.
