Tiffany Haddish and Aerys Spears Charged With Child S*exual Abuse at Trial: A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court accuses comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of having “groomed and raped” two younger siblings in the past. In the lawsuit, the complainants are referred to as “Jane Doe” and “John Doe,” and it is said that this is done to preserve their anonymity.
“Jane Doe” and “John Doe,” who claim that Haddish and Spears forced them to appear in s*exually suggestive videos on separate occasions in 2013 and 2014, were 14 and 7, respectively, when they made their allegations, according to the complaint, a copy of which CNN was able to get. When CNN contacted them for comment, attorneys representing Haddish and Spears described the accusations as “bogus” and a “shakedown,” respectively.
Haddish was a “longtime family friend” of the mother of the siblings who brought the lawsuit, the complaint said. The complaint claims that in 2013, “Jane Doe” attended a comedy camp where guest speaker Tiffany Haddish assured the then-teenager “she had a fantastic role for her.”
She and Spears allegedly took the young woman to a studio where they showed her a video of “A sandwich was being consumed simultaneously from both ends by “an older man and a college-age woman, moaning and making s*exual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a manner that simulated the act of fellatio.” After that, Spears instructed Plaintiff Jane Doe to imitate what she had seen on the screen, including the noises she had heard throughout the video, “The lawsuit says.
“Nervous and repulsed, plaintiff Jane Doe remained silent until Haddish entered the room next to her and sat down. Haddish verbally outlined the requirements for the plaintiff, Jane Doe, before physically demonstrating how to conduct fellatio, which included gestures, sounds, moans, and groans.” The complaint continues, “Physically, emotionally, and mentally uneasy, Plaintiff Jane Doe copied the activities Haddish and Spears asked her to perform so she could go home.”
The complaint claims Haddish later gave her $100 and sent her on her way. “According to John Doe, Haddish “offered to schedule, arrange, and film Mr. Doe’s content for a Nickelodeon sizzle reel at Spears’ house in the summer of 2014. Haddish asserted that Mr. Doe would be cast on Nickelodeon using the reel.” The suit claims that Haddish and Spears “upon information and belief, pulled the 7-year-old victim from his sister, put him upstairs in a bedroom, and stripped the youngster down to his underpants.”
The 7-year-old boy is shown being lusted after by Spears in the video, “Through A Pedophiles Eyes,” as well as having his back rubbed. According to the lawsuit, Haddish was present as the entire video was filmed. The plaintiff’s mother “has been seeking to raise these spurious claims against Ms. Haddish for numerous years,” a lawyer for Haddish claimed in a statement to CNN. “The information continued, “Every attorney who first took on their case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter as it became evident that the charges were without foundation and Ms. Haddish would not be blackmailed.

The results of making this foolish move will be something that they both have to deal with.” The statement includes the name of the plaintiff’s mother. To protect the privacy of her then-minor children, CNN does not include her name in our reporting. According to the complaint, John Doe, now 15, has Jane Doe as his legal guardian.
