In Comic Books Do Daredevil And She Hulk Ever Get Together?

Since its inception, the fourth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has been home to more than its fair share of controversial films and television shows, such as Eternals, Black Widow, and most recently, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

The American series, created by Jessica Gao for Disney+ and began its premiere in August, served as the character’s introduction to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), even though Marvel Comics fans are likely already aware of her from her appearances in print.

On the other hand, Tatiana Maslany’s titular Jennifer Walters has been accompanied by characters who appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Tim Roth’s Abomination. In the penultimate episode of the series, however, fans were finally treated to the cameo appearance they had been anticipating for so long.

In the film Ribbit and Rip It, Charlie Cox plays the part of Matt Murdock, the iconic character he played in his critically acclaimed series. However, his appearance has prompted others to wonder whether or not She-Hulk and Daredevil ever dated in the comics.

Did She-hulk And Daredevil Date In The Comics?

In contrast to their relationship established in Attorney at Law, She-Hulk and Daredevil did not date in the comics. Popverse notes that none of their encounters or interactions in Marvel Comics have included hook-ups between them.

Looper draws attention to the fact that they have only crossed paths a handful of times in the published canon, with the first occasion occurring in House of M #5. They are both attorneys, and as they leave the courthouse, Jen tells him she has to buy him a drink because they are both in the same line of work.

On the other hand, this did not result in them hooking up or dating, and none of their earlier interactions in Marvel comics indicates that this should be assumed to be the case.

However, in the comics, it is shown that they get along well and benefit one another.

What Happens With Matt And Jen In Attorney At Law?

In the most recent episode, we see them both stating their points in court, and then, after the trial, they start talking to each other, and their chemistry begins to develop.

Despite this, it seems at first that nothing will come of the flying sparks, and they go their ways. That is until Jen discovers that Matt is secretly the superhero Daredevil; this provides a new point of connection between the two. They work together to rescue a fashion designer, played by Griffin Matthews, from Leap-Frog, played by Brandon Stanley, and after the day, they end up spending the night together.

Since we have previously shown that this particular element departs from the original material, the question of whether or not this will result in a relationship is still up in the air. Although it’s already been established that Daredevil will make a comeback in Phase Five, we won’t know what’s in store for us until the finale airs, and Looper has reported that we’ll have to wait until then.

‘It Never Even Crossed Our Minds’

The creator of the show recently gave an interview to Collider, in which she admitted that she did not believe they would be able to include Daredevil in the show:

“… Daredevil was a dream that we dared not dream. We were like, ‘Oh, there’s no way. That’s not even on the table.’ It never even crossed our minds. And then, we got wind that he was not only on the table but Charlie Cox would be coming back as Daredevil, so we immediately started thinking of ways to incorporate him into our show.”

She said, “Even if we only had a snowball’s chance of getting him on our program, it was still a chance, and we were going to take it.” (If only we had a snowball’s chance of getting him on our show!)

The first season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is now available to stream exclusively on Disney+.

Final Lines:

At this point, it looks like She-Hulk and Daredevil only did that once because they have different jobs in different parts of the country. In the comics, on the other hand, Jen and Matt have never dated, even though they have worked together many times.
