Have the Island Boys Split Up? Rappers’ Heated Argument Goes Viral on TikTok

The brothers in the rap duo “The Island Boys” got into a heated fight during a TikTok live stream, which has fans wondering if they’re done with each other for good. Last year, the Island Boys’ hit song, “I’m an Island Boy,” went viral and took over the internet.

People had a lot of negative things to say about the song’s lyrics, bass-heavy beat and the rappers’ unique style, but that’s exactly why the two of them became Internet stars.

Unfortunately, from the start their claim to fame was full of trouble. Between fights with Logan Paul, getting booed at their first big live show and trying to get into boxing matches with other influencers, the duo has caused quite a stir in the space. Even a year after the event, things don’t seem to be getting better.

The Island Boys are twin brothers who became internet stars by being very close to each other. Some viewers were even a little bit turned off by how close they were.

Live Stream Shows Island Boys Arguing

But it looks like the siblings are growing apart because of a fight they had during a TikTok live stream. The fight went viral on the platform, and fans were both reaching for their popcorn and wondering if this was the end of the rap duo.

“You wanna be just like me!” Kodiyak Redd said at one point. “You do everything I do. Follow the leader!” Flyysouljah shot back, “I made Island Boys.”

“I’m the one who told you, let’s get in the AirBnB … I’m the one who told you to change it up. And I’m the one that made the actual bars. The bars!” Redd claimed.

This fight happened about a month after the brothers stopped living together, though they were seen together not long before this latest fight.
