In January 2022, the Euphoria actress reacted to Tom’s Instagram post featuring Prada campaign photos. Zendaya commented on Cherry’s Instagram carousel post with heart emojis.
Tom commented on many of Zendaya’s Instagram posts by March 2022, including one from a photo shoot. Her boyfriend commented on her post with three heart-eyed emojis. On the same day, she posted another professional photo, and her boyfriend commented with three fire emojis.
The couple didn’t post photos online for three months. Zendaya wished her boyfriend a “Happy Birthday” on June 1. Zendaya captioned a black-and-white photo of them together, “Happiest of birthdays 3.”
Tom gushed over his girlfriend’s July 2022 Vogue Italia cover weeks later. The Dune actress shared stunning images she shot for the publication, modeling a deep-cut silver sparkly dress and wearing eye makeup Euphoria would love.

Even before photos of the couple kissing in July 2021 surfaced online, Tom made reference to the Impossible actor’s girlfriend in a series of Instagram posts. The star of the Marvel Cinematic Universe said he and Zendaya felt “robbed of our privacy” after pictures of them together went viral in November 2021.

The superhero stated that he had visited the set of the HBO show “at least 30 times” in a December 2021 interview with IMDB. In the same interview, Zendaya said, “The show should have tried to, like, Easter-egg [Tom] in there” to which her boyfriend retorted, “I want to be in Euphoria!”

Later on February 23, the couple had a romantic dinner in Rome, Italy, at a restaurant called Antica Pesa where the owner, Francesco Panella thanked Tom for “coming back again” and for his “surprise night” with Zendaya in an Instagram photo.
Tom and Zandaya were spotted in public in several cities in March and April of that year. They were seen kissing and holding hands at the Louvre in Paris in October of that year.

Spider-Man fans are still guessing but Tom and Zendaya haven’t confirmed publicly if they got engaged. An Instagram Story mirror selfie she posted in December 2021 sparked engagement rumors after she appeared to be wearing a glittering gold ring.
The former Disney Channel star captioned her snap at the time, “It was time for a change,” to show off her new hair and makeup.
Zendaya wore the ring on her right hand instead of her left after the controversy over her hand jewelry and fans were quick to point out that it resembled a Bulgari ring she had given to herself and worn many times before.
