The acclaimed legal thriller’s second season premieres in Australia on Stan on January 14 (the same day as the US). The critically acclaimed series set a new record for network viewership in the United States with its first season.
What is Your Honor about?
Cranston plays Michael Desiato, a New Orleans judge whose upstanding life is derailed after his son accidentally kills the son of infamous crime boss Jimmy Baxter in a hit-and-run (Michael Stuhlbarg). As a result, a dangerous game of deceit, lies, and impossible decisions are set in motion.
How Can I Watch Your Honor in Australia?
Season 1 is already streaming on Stan in Australia, and Season 2 will arrive on the same platform on January 14.
When Does the Season 2 Trailer Reveal?
Season 2 of Your Honor has a brand new trailer, and it looks exciting. In the very first seconds, Michael Desiato is addressed by a woman’s voice. The voice says, “I’m giving you a chance to make amends for your actions.” “To aid in dismantling New Orleans’ biggest security risk.”
After the tragic events of the Season 1 finale, Michael Desiato appears to have let himself go and given up, as shown in the trailer. “I can’t do this,” Michael, looking disheveled, admits. There are some memories I simply cannot relive. Michael may not have much time to grieve in Season 2 as the series delves deeper into the expanding web of criminal organizations in New Orleans.
“Are you sure you’re talking to the right person? Have I made it sound like you don’t have to do any of these things? “and she says to Michael. Michael can’t afford to wait around in hiding, especially with the Baxters “hunting him down.”
The Baxters have once again demonstrated that they are not a formidable adversary. The series follows a new chain of events that threatens to create a war on the streets of New Orleans, from the formidable Desire Gang leader Big Mo pushing to expand her empire to Jimmy Baxter’s only surviving son Carlo determined to follow in his father’s criminal footsteps.
Stay away from my family,” Gina Baxter implores. And the vision shows Jimmy Baxter telling his gang to “get him.” As a series of footraces, fistfights, shootings, and torture appear to ensue, it’s clear that Michael is in danger, though we have no idea who “him” is.
At the end of the trailer, we see Michael in a bleak state while a man says, “That’s not how this is going to play out.” Watch an earlier season teaser that was released, below.

Charlie, a local politician, and Michael’s best friend is played by Isiah Whitlock Jr. (The Wire). Previously announced guest stars include Rosie Perez (The Flight Attendant), Margo Martindale (The Americans), and Amy Landecker (Transparent).
Senator Elizabeth Guthrie’s mother, played by Martindale once again, is one of the few remaining ties to Desiato’s past life after the death of his wife. Played by Landecker, Detective Nancy Costello is determined to find out the truth after feeling betrayed by her friend Desiato.
