Due to various statements made by the couple, fans of 90 Day Fiancé believe that Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya are headed for divorce. Since they first met on 90DF season 8, Yara and Jovi have had a hard time getting along. Jovi, who is from New Orleans, met Yara, who is from Ukraine, on one of his many business trips.
They met through a travel app. He met her with the idea of hooking up, but they were together for six months before Yara got pregnant and Jovi asked her to marry him. But Yara had a miscarriage, which was sad, and the couple kept seeing each other. She moved to America with a K-1 visa.
Once Yara got to Louisiana, she got pregnant again, and she started to wonder if moving to the US was a mistake. She realized that Jovi wasn’t ready to be a husband or a father, and he liked going to strip clubs and drinking a lot, which caused the couple to fight a lot.

Also, because of his job as a ROV supervisor in the underwater robotics niche, Jovi had to be gone for weeks while Yara was pregnant. Yara kept thinking about her decision to move and all the things she had to give up. She felt like Jovi didn’t care about her or their baby. She thought that he was still living as a bachelor.
Even before they got married, when she was upset about how much Jovi drank every day, Yara talked to him about being a co-parent. Yara had asked Jovi if he was going to focus on being a parent and stay close to her, or if he wanted to be a weekend dad who sometimes takes care of his kids from far away through phone calls and video chats.
As Yara and Jovi appeared on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? it seemed like she had decided to raise their daughter Mylah in Ukraine.
Yara May Return to Ukraine
So, Yara proved that people were wrong to think she wanted a Green Card and proved that she wanted a husband who would spend time with her. Yara said on the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff Tell-All, “I don’t think it’s good for a baby to see mommy sad.” She then said she was “alone and crying.”

Even Jovi’s mother Gwen, who had trouble getting along with Yara at first, had said on-screen that her son needed to grow up by that point. “I’m not going to change who I am, that’s it. “Plain and simple,” was the first thing stubborn Jovi said, but when there was a rumour that Yara was pregnant again, he seemed to change his mind. Yara was sure she wouldn’t have a baby in America, and Jovi said, “I would be able to follow her wherever she goes.”
Jovi Confesses That He And Yara Discussed Separation
In October 2021, 90 Day Fiancé star Jovi said in a video on her Yara Zaya YouTube page that for them, divorce was “a real thing.” Jovi said that he and Yara’s relationship has been hard because of “real-life issues” like having a baby early in their relationship, becoming parents, and being far away from each other.
“It’s been a lot for us to deal with,” Jovi said, admitting that they’ve had fights where they’ve talked about whether or not they want to be together. But in the end, and not just because of Mylah, the two decided they wanted to stay together.
Yara & Jovi Divorce in 2022?
From what social media has shown so far, it looks like Jovi has made a lot of big changes to his life for his wife and daughter. Jovi and Yara’s only problem seems to be that they can’t decide where to live. They need to find a place where they can both be happy. Jovi said that they were staying in hotels for a while to see what it would be like to live in different cities.

But Jovi had to admit something about his relationship with Yara. He said that if Yara hadn’t gotten pregnant, they probably would have broken up. On Instagram, Jovi wrote that the beginning of their marriage was hard, but that having a baby brought them closer together.
Even though Jovi wasn’t sure if he and Yara would have stayed together without Mylah, he was sure that they would have gotten married. But Jovi’s admission that he and Yara are having problems is what’s really making people think they’re going to split up. The 90 Day Fiancé stars Jovi and Yara don’t have enough time for each other because of how busy they are with work.
Jovi says that they’ve been through worse, but he hopes that things will get better soon. Follow us only on Lee Daily for more news like this.
