Canva is an Australian website that lets people make graphics for social media, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content.
The app lets users use templates, and the platform is free. Paid subscriptions, like Canva Pro and Canva for Enterprise, give users access to more features.
Canva released a tool for editing videos in 2021. Users can also pay for printed and shipped physical products. With website and whiteboard products, the company says it wants to compete with Google and Microsoft in the office software market.
On Wednesday afternoon, people who used the editing platform Canva said that it wasn’t working right. Users couldn’t download pictures or designs from the website.

Down Detector says that problems started around 2 p.m. when users said they couldn’t download from the website. Several places in the UK, like London, Manchester, and Birmingham, reported problems.
Most of the problems that were reported were with the website (95%), while only 5% were with the app.
