Acapulco, the beloved bilingual comedy, is almost back on the air. For its second season, the Apple TV+ show returns to the most popular hotel in Mexico City, Las Colinas Resort. Julia (Camila Perez), Nora (Vanessa Bauche), Sara (Regina Reynoso), Hugo (Raphael Alejandro), Diane (Jessica Collins), Hector (Rafael Cebrián), and Esteban (Carlos Corona) are portrayed by the cast members.
According to Apple TV+, season 2 continues the narrative of Máximo Gallardo, a young man in his twenties who finds the job of a lifetime as a cabana boy at the hottest resort in the Mexican metropolis.
When Máximo travels back to 1985, he faces several challenges, including changes at the resort, issues at home, and the possibility of a new love interest challenging his ideal partner. His goal, taught by Don Pablo, is to be Diane’s right-hand man and eventually take over the entire Las Colinas enterprise.
Today, an older Máximo travels to Acapulco to come to terms with Don Pablo’s death, where he must face the unfinished business of his younger self. In a few minutes, the anticipated event will occur. Here’s the schedule to follow each week.
