Is Law & Order: Organized Crime Canceled?
Season 3 of Law & Order: Organized Crime debuted on September 22, 2022, and will likely wrap up in the spring of 2023. Starting this Thursday, December 5th, the show will go on hiatus until January 5th, when it will return alongside Law & Order and SVU. Regrettably, viewers won’t know if NBC renews the show for a fourth season until the show’s conclusion this year.
But Law & Order devotees shouldn’t give up hope. In spite of the fact that NBC has not yet renewed or canceled the show for Season 4, the high demand for Organized Crime and Stabler’s character suggests that it will likely be renewed.

Is ‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’ Coming Back?
The storylines of Law & Order: Organized Crime can go in any number of directions, which is one of the show’s many strengths. Over the course of three seasons, we saw Stabler finally find out who killed his wife, the task force bring down Richard Donnelly and the brotherhood as well as the Marcy Organization, and a whole lot more. Considering potential plot points, Stabler may be eligible for a promotion in Season 4. He may be a bit of a maverick in his approach, but he always gets the job done and never causes any unnecessary collateral damage.
Sergeant Bell may have left the team in order to accept her promotion, but she may decide to come back at a later date. Reuniting Benson and Stabler has been so successful that it would be difficult for NBC and fans to see them separated again, even if the future of Law & Order: Organized Crime is still uncertain. Fans will also be sad to see Stabler and Sergeant Bell part ways. With three more episodes to go in Season 3, NBC surely wouldn’t leave audiences hanging, right? We’ll have to wait and see what happens!
