Brutally Honest Season 1 Release Date: Producer Ashley Tisdale to Star!

CBS hopes that Ashley Tisdale will be the network’s next big comedic success. The single-camera comedy Brutally Honest, which will star Tisdale, is now in the works at the network.

The comedy, which is loosely based on Tisdale’s life, looks at how having a baby can ruin, save, change, destroy and inspire your marriage—all before lunch.

The script for the CBS Studios project will be written by Sarah Haskins and Emily Halpern, who worked together on the critically acclaimed ABC comedy Trophy Wife and the 2019 movie Booksmart. Tisdale will also be one of the show’s executive producers.
