Who Won Lego Masters Season 3? Check Here!

The Maynard siblings were dubious when Drew received an Instagram message from the “Lego Masters” creators. “We all stared at it and questioned whether it was real.” Recently, Miranda Maynard spoke with the Idaho State Journal. He posted it to the family chat, and we tried to determine its validity using our amateur detective skills.

The investigation was completed quickly. According to Miranda Maynard, Drew Maynard has been building with Legos since “practically infancy.” He built some astounding Lego constructions at the age of 18, including a 77-inch-tall model of the One World Trade Center in New York. According to the Idaho State Journal, the teenager’s design particularly caught the attention of the “Lego Masters” producers, earning him a slot in the third season of the program.

The team was completed by 22-year-old BYU student Miranda Maynard, who has been creating with Legos since she was a young adolescent. The Pocatello, Idaho, siblings were the youngest competitors in the third season of the program, which debuted on Fox on September 21.

According to Drew Maynard, “I’m the youngest person that has appeared on the show.” Because you want to demonstrate that young builders can still create extremely cool things, that was somewhat daunting. Being the youngest contestants in the competition meant a lot to us, Miranda Maynard continued. Check out the twins’ performance in their “Lego Masters” debut here.

What Happened On The ‘Lego Masters’ Season 3 Premiere?

12 teams of Lego lovers compete in “Lego Masters,” which is hosted by actor and comedian Will Arnett, for a chance to win a Lego Trophy and $100,000. Lego experts Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard judge the entries and decide which teams are eliminated over each week of the competition.

The teams have less than 13 hours to construct a customized spacecraft for the Season 3 premiere. The contestants were to design a spacecraft that showcased them to the judges and audience of the program. When finished, the entire model has to hang hung from the Lego Space Station by a single attachment.

The Maynards chose to make “The Bottle Rocket,” a soda bottle-shaped rocket packed with things their family enjoys doing together that they dubbed “the greatest transport vehicle for our family” in the episode. According to Miranda Maynard, it symbolized their way of life in their tiny town, where they would get a big Coke, get in the car, and go exploring. (During the episode, the siblings talked of placing the name of the soda shop Fiiz on the rocket.)

Arnett made fun of the twins’ age and said they appeared young enough to be the leads of a teen drama as they worked on their idea. Later, a surprise appearance by NASA astronaut Jessica Meir revealed that the winning design would be on display at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

The contestants were given the opportunity to video chat with NASA astronaut Thomas Marshburn, who was currently stationed on the International Space Station when the countdown hit five hours. The teams raced to attach their constructions to their space stations in the last 10 seconds. The major unveiling was immediately about to begin.

A group of firefighters that built the “Lego Masters Fire Department” won the Season 3 debut episode. The judges applauded the firefighters for their technical prowess and for taking such a risk. The build was one of the largest models of the program. The “Lego Masters” judges praised the Maynards for their originality but berated them for hiding their family’s stories and activities inside their bottle rocket. According to the judges, the siblings could have divulged more about the rocket’s exterior.

The Maynards were among the bottom two teams, and the judges ultimately decided to remove the brothers from the competition. Corbett said to the couple, “I know that you will be incredibly motivating for kids watching this show and dreaming of being on it, too.” “Your journey with Lego doesn’t end here.”

Berard remarked, “You guys just light up a room. Therefore, I urge you to maintain your resolve and perseverance, as you guys are incredible. The opportunity to spend more time with her brother, according to Miranda Maynard, was the finest aspect of being on “Lego Masters,” as the program came to a close.

I’m so grateful we had the chance to work together because it means the world to me. The finest part is that she declared. The simple act of doing what we enjoy and what he excels at is priceless.
