Before her April 11 defamation lawsuit trial with ex-husband Johnny Depp, actress Amber Heard declared that she will take a hiatus from social media for many weeks

“I’m going to go offline for the next several weeks. As you may know, I’ll be in Virginia where I face my ex-husband Johnny Depp in court,” Heard noted.

According to the actress, she has “always maintained a love for Johnny” and that “brings me great pain” of our old existence together in public caused me immense agony

Depp's attorney Adam Waldman issued a statement calling Heard's statement "false" and a "sexual violence farce," which prompted Heard to file defamation counterclaims against Waldman.
