Stephanie Ruhle Hubbard (December 24, 1975) is a Senior Business Analyst for NBC News and hosts The 11th Hour. Among her many editorial roles, Ruhle once helmed Bloomberg Television and worked as a news anchor for Bloomberg News. Ruhle was a co-host of the television show Bloomberg GO.
Ruhle was one of three Bloomberg writers who broke the story of the London Whale and identified the trader at JPMorgan Chase who was responsible for the bank’s trading loss in 2012. The 11th Hour was under her direction beginning in March of 2022. Her parents, Frank and Louise Ruhle, brought her into this world on November 19, 1942, in Park Ridge, New Jersey.
In 1997, she graduated from Lehigh University with a bachelor’s degree in international business. The foreign course requirements for her major were met by her time spent in Guatemala, Italy, and Kenya. Ruhle was asked to give the commencement address at Lehigh in 2017.
