A woman who claims to have been r*ped by a stranger at a party has spoken out against Twitch streamer Kai Cenat, accusing him of inviting her to the party and then ignoring her queries. The charges were made public on January 6 by Jovi Pena, a prominent TikToker with over 120,000 followers, who said, “I asked for help and It’s not going anywhere so I’ve decided to take it to social media.”
She says that a man named “Djigui Seck” assaulted her on January 1, but she describes him as a “complete stranger” at the time. According to Pena, Kai Cenat asked her to the party and, when she declined his invitation, he suggested she sleep in one of the guest rooms upstairs.
“He told me I’d be safer upstairs since I was drunk and nobody would bother me,” Pena said. “However after I fell asleep since I thought I was safe due to their being security and Kai’s confirmation.” Pena claims that after the alleged rape she “called texted ‘my friend’ who invited but I got no answer and I was told by the rapist that he left which I found out later to be a lie.”

Text exchanges between Pena and someone she called “Kai Cenat” on her phone detailed the events leading up to the alleged rape and included photos of the accused rapist posing with the person Pena said was their buddy.

“I sent him pictures of the person and got no response about it until I got hard evidence that they knew each other and even then I didn’t get a name,” Pena said in the caption. Following this, Pena tweeted a picture of a rape kit and claimed that she had made one.

“I don’t believe Kai is to blame,” she continued, “however he was involved whether you agree or not it’s just a fact. He’s the only person I knew at this party and he’s the one who told me to go upstairs where everything occurred.” For the time being, Kai Cenat has not publicly addressed Jovi Pena‘s contributions.
