Media star Jennifer Harley, who is associated with MTV’s “Jersey Shore,” wants to sell her opulent Las Vegas home. Harley, who dated a participant from the hard-partying reality show, made an appearance in a spinoff series, and made news for other reasons, is attempting to raise over $1.5 million for her 2,955 square foot Summerlin house.
The four-bedroom, two-story home on Hualapai Way and Sunset Road features marble flooring, exquisite cabinets, and expansive views of the Las Vegas Valley. According to the listing papers, the backyard has a sunken fire pit with a glass window overlooking the pool. It became available on Jan. 6. Harley, a licensed agent with Realty One Group, listed the property.
In this week’s piece, Harley consented to talk with a Review-Journal writer and shared images of the home. Then, despite numerous attempts to contact her, she remained unreachable. According to property records, Harley and Ronnie Ortiz, one of the “Jersey Shore” cast members, purchased the suburban Las Vegas home from builder Woodside Homes in 2018 for roughly $726,000.
In the fall of 2021, Ortiz, also known as Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, filed a lawsuit against Harley and others in Clark County District Court. According to the case, the house belonged to Harley alone, and Ortiz wanted to sell it and divide the revenues. He claimed that Harley was uncooperative with a potential transaction.
Following the birth of their daughter, Harley and Ortiz purchased the house, according to court documents submitted by Harley’s attorneys, with the intention of raising the child there.
Harley first relocated to a rental property she owned when the couple broke up, and the Summerlin home was put up for sale. According to Harley’s court documentation, Ortiz resided there while it was on the market. She said that because her ex did not keep the house in “showable shape,” it “could not be sold” during that time.
The home was posted for sale in September 2019 at close to $870,000, as shown on Zillow. Just before the pandemic severely damaged Las Vegas’ economy, the price was reduced by $20,000 on March 5, 2020. In July 2020, the listing was taken entirely off the market.

Documentation filed with the county last month, Ortiz transferred Harley 50% of the house’s owner. Several weeks later, she placed the house up for sale. With over 665,000 Instagram followers and about 18,000 on her real estate Instagram profile, Harley, who starred in the TV show “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” is well-liked online.
She has reportedly run into legal issues in the nation’s gambling capital. According to the Review-Journal, Harley was charged with domestic abuse in Las Vegas in 2021 after a man contacted 911 to say she had pulled a gun on him.

She has previously been detained in Las Vegas on at least three occasions for misdemeanor domestic assault, according to the Review-Journal. The newspaper stated in 2019 that the Clark County district attorney’s office declined to prosecute at least one Harley-related case and that at least one other case was dismissed.
