John Travolta Stars in Super Bowl Commercial for T-Mobile Advertisement

You’re likely to recognize some of the characters in T-most Mobile’s recent Super Bowl commercial. Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and John Travolta all appear in a one-minute promo for T-home Mobile’s internet deals.

While the offer could be intriguing to some, many more people will enjoy the nod to “Grease,” a movie that has been and still is a musical mainstay.

John Travolta played a lot of classic parts in films like “Pulp Fiction,” “Look Who’s Talking,” and “Saturday Night Fever,” but “Grease” is perhaps where you’ve seen him most often.

Hit songs like “Summer Nights” and “You’re the One That I Want” were generated by the renowned musical in which Travolta and the late Olivia Newton-John starred.

Likely, you’ve at least heard the songs from Grease, even if you’re not the same generation as people who initially fell in love with it. T-Mobile is making money from people’s fond memories of a classic hit, but it’s also trying to win over “Scrubs” lovers.

Summer Nights Are Back

In the advertisement, Travolta sings along to “Summer Nights” from Grease. Braff and Faison, who are most known for playing JD and Turk, two closest buddies in “Scrubs,” instantly join him.

The song itself is still as memorable as it was the first time around in “Grease,” even though the lyrics are completely changed and concentrated on touting the advantages of T-5G Mobile’s Home Internet plan.

Even though Travolta no longer has the thick, full head of hair he did in the 1970s and Braff and Faison no longer resemble the harried medical professionals they played in Scrubs, the three actors work well together to create a humorous, engrossing advertisement.

One of the best Super Bowl commercials to air this year, without a doubt. Despite T-denial, Mobile’s it is quite likely that all three actors sang for this advertisement in addition to making funny faces and doing a few light dancing steps.

It makes sense to presume Travolta will sing again since he performed all of the singing in “Grease” on his own. That seems equally likely given that Braff performed some singing in “Scrubs” and Faison previously collaborated on a song for T-Home Mobile’s Internet in 2022.
