According to reports on Tuesday that cited “people familiar with the situation” Louis Vuitton is in discussions to appoint American musician and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams as artistic director of its menswear division.

A representative for Louis Vuitton’s parent company, LVMH Mot Hennessy Louis Vuitton, declined to comment on the rumors. Williams’ spokesman could not be reached right away.
