The boxing champion requests assistance from the New York courts in establishing that Jin Mosley was a bigamist during their marriage and was not entitled to the $6 million she received in their divorce since they were not adequately wed.
In court documents, Mosley, 43, claims that Jin Mosley, 39, never disclosed that she was married to Sanjay Dwivedi before they were wed in November 2002.
He claims that although she moved into Mosely’s California home and quickly had three of Mosley’s children, she never mentioned Dwivedi.
He claims he knew she had a 5-year-old kid by another guy to whom she was not married.
Jin Mosley’s lawyer, Noelle Halaby of Glendale, Calif., denied the boxer’s allegations. “She was never married simultaneously to anyone while she was married to Mosley,” Halaby said.
Mosley claimed in an affidavit submitted to the Manhattan Supreme Court that he believed his wife’s frequent visits to New York City during their marriage were to see her Long Island family.
Upon reviewing a financial statement his ex had provided to the California courts on July 15, according to Mosley, he found out she was supporting a fifth child, but he was unaware. It was then that he first learned about Dwivedi.
Mosley claims to have engaged a private detective who learned that Sanjay Dwivedi and Jin C. Mosley, also known as Jin C. Sheehan, were married in 1995 and divorced in Manhattan in 2006.
According to him, Jin Mosley was wed to both men for four years.

The Mosleys were married in Las Vegas in 2002, divorced in 2011, and Jin Mosley received $6 million in assets, including a six-bedroom property in LaVerne, $600,000 in spousal support, and stock funds. ‘
The couple split in 2008 after their marriage. Mosley claims that his ex “married” him for his money and used his three pregnancies to ensure it would stay with her.
In a California court, he argued that the divorce judgment should also be annulled because his marriage was illegal.
