The release of Season 3, Episode 2 of The Mandalorian presents Din Djarin and Grogu with new difficulties. The iconic team returns to the Star Wars universe in this week’s episode of The Mandalorian, which has lots of surprises in store for die-hard fans of the Star Wars universe. They visit a barren and ruined planet that the Empire once tormented.
Easter eggs have always been common in Star Wars, and the new episodes of The Mandalorian keep the tradition going by include a tonne of Easter eggs for fans to appreciate and take notice of, whether they come from the Legends era or the Clone Wars.
Return To Mos Eisley
Despite Luke Skywalker’s best efforts, it appears that Tatooine will always be a part of Star Wars. The sand planet appears in practically all of the Star Wars films and television shows, but it returns in The Mandalorian Season 3, Episode 2. Din Djarin and Grogu return to Mos Eisley’s spaceport and visit with their old friend Peli Mon as spectators watch.
Given that Boba Fett has established himself as a new criminal lord on Tatooine, the return of Mos Eisley is pretty thrilling. But, despite hopes that Boba Fett and Fennec Shand would show up, they are regrettably preoccupied elsewhere. Peli Motto, however, makes light of Fett by saying so.
R5-D4 Returns
There appear to be droids everywhere, which is an odd coincidence given how many worlds there are in the galaxy far, far away. R5-D4 reappears once more and even helps Din Djarin on his journey to Mandalore. Given that R5-D4 was first introduced in Star Wars: A New Hope, his debut is a lot of fun for fans of the franchise.
Even while R5-D4 lacks the bravado and snark of R2-D2, he will make an effort to complete the task if pushed hard enough. This R5 astromech droid deserves to succeed, especially after it disgraced itself by acting up in front of possible purchasers Owen Lars and Luke Skywalker.

The Mighty Mythosaur
The renowned and legendary Mythosaur is alive, which is one of The Mandalorian’s biggest surprises. Mythosaurs are believed to have gone extinct many centuries ago, hence they have never been seen in the flesh. As a result, viewers were surprised to see a living Mythosaur lying asleep in the Mandalore ruin within the Living Waters.
With their enormous size and lethality, the appearance of a Mythosaur may portend either great or dreadful things. The Mythosaur, on the other hand, is the traditional emblem of the Mandalorians and can be seen on the armour of several of their people, including Boba Fett.
Concordia, Mandalore’s Moon
Grogu learns from Din Djarin that Concordia, one of Mandalore’s moons, is where he was raised. Concordia is interesting because it has been seen previously because it served as the Death Watch’s headquarters. Din Djarin was raised there as a Foundling because the Death Watch is the last of the Mandalorians who still adhere to the old Way.
Pre Vizsla, a Mandalorian who previously held the Darksaber and is also the sibling of Paz Vizsla, the Heavy Infantry Mandalorian, once served as the ruler of Concordia. Since Concordia used to be a planet that was heavily dependent on mining and because Din Djarin called it home, there are probably many hidden places and secrets on its surface.
Darksaber
Although if Din Djarin is the lawful owner of the Darksaber for the time being, that does not mean he is skilled in using it. Din finds the Darksaber to be more of a burden than a beneficial tool because he is unable to get used to its heavy weight. But that doesn’t stop him from employing it against the ferocious beasts that dwell within the Mandalore ruins.
Din Djarin utilises the Darksaber once more, and Bo-Katan also uses it to combat a few foes. Bo-Katan, who has considerably more skill with the blade, swings it like a lightsaber, demonstrating why she is the legitimate ruler of Mandalore.
Bo-Katan’s Gauntlet Ship
The Bo-Katan is one of the less well-known of the numerous well-known ships in Star Wars. The Gauntlet is an extremely unique-looking ship with a lot of speed and a hyperdrive. The large number of cannons and engines make for a fantastic ship, and it’s much better given that Bo-Katan Kryze is operating it.
The return of Bo-ship, Katan’s the Gauntlet, thrilled some enthusiasts. The Mandalorian Season 3, Episode 2 marks the live-action debut of this spacecraft, which was first seen in The Clone Wars. This ship’s large wingspan and jagged edges give it a terrifying aspect as it travels over the galaxy.
Jedi And Mandalorian Alliance
Bo-Katan mentions her previous alliance with the Jedi when she returns to Mandalore. For some people, this brings back memories of their youth because Bo-Katan played a significant role in The Clone Wars. She made an alliance with none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi and a friendship with Ahsoka Tano.
Many Star Wars fans find it exciting to watch the brand succeed in a variety of media, including live-action and animation. It’s wonderful to know that individuals like Bo-Katan have continued the history the Jedi and they shared before to Order 66.
Mandalore The Great
Fans of Star Wars are given yet another opportunity to learn about Mandalore the Great. Although Star Wars canon is silent on Mandalore the Great’s identity, Star Wars Legends provides a thorough account of the man’s life.
Mandalore the Great is a figure of enormous significance. Along with commanding battles against the Jedi, he not only rode the Mythosaur but also demonstrated the danger the Mandalorians posed to the Jedi Order. For a reason, Mandalore the Great was a real conqueror.
