On Thursday, Oscar winner Halle Berry Shares rare photos of her daughter on Instagram. Berry celebrated her daughter Nahla’s 15th birthday by uploading three images of her to Instagram, including a black and white photo of the two laughings and cuddling. A picture frame with the words “Love You More” engraved on it now holds the childhood portrait of Nahla.
“One of the greatest gifts the universe has given me is my daughter, Nahla,” Berry captioned the photo. “She is the sun that never fades and the moon that never wanes! Please join me in wishing her a happy 15th Birthday today! I love you, sweet angel.”

Fans and friends of Nahla celebrated her birthday in the comments, with well-known names like Viola Davis and Julianne Moore among them. “Happiest of birthdays, beautiful Nahla!!” Davis wrote.

“Happy birthday Nahla!” Moore commented. Berry is mother to two children, Nahla, whom she shares with her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry, and Maceo, who is nine years old, whom she has with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
Berry last posted a photo of Maceo on his 8th birthday in 2021. “This little dude is 8 today!” she said in the photo’s caption. As the saying goes, “Happy Birthday, THUNDER!” Berry has said in the past that she doesn’t post pictures of her kids’ faces online so they can maintain their anonymity.
In May 2019, the actor told TODAY, “I fought really hard to protect their privacy, and I just want them to have their life and have it be theirs.” He also said that it was a “safety issue.”
“I just don’t want to plaster them all over the internet. That just doesn’t feel right for me. They’re gonna do that soon enough. That’s going to be their life when they grow up, and they will choose when that starts.”
