The American pro skateboarder and TV personality Bam Margera recently made headlines when he was arrested for being drunk in public. Police were called to the scene, and when they got there, they saw that Margera had been drinking.
Because of this, he was arrested and charged with being drunk in public. Fans and people who follow the skateboarding star are worried about his health and hope he gets the help he needs to get through his problems.
Bam Margera Arrested for Public Intoxication
After allegedly making a scene at a restaurant where his ex-wife Nicole Boyd and his little son Phoenix, 5, were dining, Bam Margera was detained. The police were summoned, according to TMZ, at about 3:45 p.m. after the “Jackass” actor allegedly screamed at a woman inside the Thai restaurant on Wednesday at local time.
Margera, 43, was detained and jailed for misdemeanor public intoxication despite attempts by officials to defuse the situation. Margera, who was evidently agitated, was captured rushing into and out of the restaurant in an Instagram Live video by comedian Evan Breen, who was also at the establishment.

Later in the video, after being removed from the restaurant by police, the stunt actor was seen sitting on the sidewalk in what appeared to be an extremely heated confrontation with one of the responding cops. It’s not clear if Phoenix was the woman he allegedly yelled at, despite the fact that Boyd and Phoenix were at the restaurant.
When Page Six asked for comment, a representative for Margera did not immediately answer. A month after Boyd, 39, requested a legal separation, he was arrested. Margera, who says she is clean, also requested legal and physical custody of Phoenix as well as spousal support, saying she had to make “the hard choice” in order “to protect herself and their kid.”
Margera inked his son’s name in Arabic above his eyebrow as vengeance, later flaunting the new tattoo on Instagram. To remind Nikki that she is crushing my heart by preventing me from seeing Phoenix the wolf, Margera said,
“I miss Phoenix the wolf so badly that I had to get his name tattooed on my f—king face.”
The former skateboarder has struggled with addiction and has been in and out of legal trouble over the past few years. He was detained earlier this month when it was claimed he kicked his current girlfriend during a domestic violence altercation. The 43-year-old was nevertheless released from detention the next day after posting a $50,000 bail.
He also ran away from a court-ordered rehabilitation facility more than three times in 2022 before being transferred to an outpatient program, only to be discovered in a pub a few days later.
