Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, age 6, was reported missing from his Everman, Texas, home in November of 2022. His disappearance was confirmed by Houston police on March 28.
His family boarded a plane to Turkey without him two days before authorities issued an Amber Alert. Chronic lung disease is just one of Noel Rodriguez Alvarez’s many physical and mental impairments.
At a press conference held on Monday, Everman Police Chief Craig Spencer indicated that Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, Noel’s mother, had likely traveled to India via Turkey. She is likely with the child and his or her stepfather, Arshdeep Singh.
On March 29, Texas Alerts posted a tweet that said, “ENDANGERED MISSING person ALERT CONTINUES: initially issued 03/26/2023 for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez from Everman, TX.”
