According to TMZ, the Point Break actor faced multiple charges as a result of the allegations. Two counts of criminal s*xual contact in the fourth degree, one count of criminal s*xual contact in the attempted third degree, and one count of harassment following the middle of August convention.
The 78-year-old man has recently spoken with the media source and denied any misconduct. Nothing happened, he told the reporter. In addition, he stated, “There were… a partner and a camera lady, and me and two girls… it took less than 10 seconds, and then they left.”
Who Were the Two Wives of Actor Gary Busey?
The star of “Under Siege” has gone through two marriages. He wed Judy Helkenberg, an actress, for the first time. They shared a 22-year wedded bliss from 1968 to 1990.

Tiani Warden, one of Gary Busey’s ex-wives, passed away while doing time in a Texas prison, and an autopsy revealed that she had overdosed on cocaine. The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that on November 4, the day after police arrested Tiani for public intoxication, she was found comatose in her cell at the Hunty County Correctional Center.
According to the Dallas County Medical Examiner, the actress died from a cocaine overdose. Her death was deemed accidental, and they speculate that her extensive drinking over time contributed to her demise.
It’s intriguing that the police claimed to have been called about Warden laying in a ditch when they detained Tiani. Tiani was arrested and taken to the Hunt County Correctional Center after police say she was inebriated and refused medical treatment after an ambulance was called.
Tiani’s body was found after she had already seen a judge and had lunch, according to the authorities, who believe she died alone in a holding cell. According to the autopsy, she passed away at 3:29 p.m., although the police say they discovered her unresponsive at 2:36 p.m.
Gary and Tiani tied the knot in September 1996, and by 2001 they had separated. Famous for her roles in “The Chain,” “The Anger,” and “Rough Riders,” Tiani had a successful acting career. She was 52 years old at the time.
