Recent reports say that Prince Harry, who is now the Duke of Sussex, will go to the coronation of King Charles III. During the ceremony, King Charles III will be officially crowned as the new monarch of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth realms.
This is a big deal for the British royal family. Prince Harry’s presence at the event will get a lot of attention from the media since he recently quit his royal duties and moved to the U.S. with his wife, Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry to Attend King Charles III Coronation
Prince Harry will indeed attend King Charles III’s coronation, putting an end to weeks of tense speculation. Meghan Markle won’t accompany him, though. According to a palace representative, “Buckingham Palace is pleased to confirm that the Duke of Sussex will attend the coronation service at Westminster Abbey on May 6.”
“Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will stay in California with the Duchess of Sussex.” Harry will be seeing the royal family for the first time since the publication of his bestselling memoir “Spare” in January. According to Page Six, the choice was made after Harry sent a long list of inquiries to Buckingham Palace, including concerns about his seating arrangement and security measures.
Harry is reportedly going to spend his final night at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor because Charles has asked him and Markle to leave. This means that after a challenging few months, palace officials will be able to catch their breath. In his book, Harry Middleton, 38, made a number of defamatory statements about his father, his brother Prince William, and his sister-in-law Kate Middleton.
They include claiming that William and Kate were responsible for convincing Charles to wear his now-famous Nazi party costume, admitting that he had been a distant parent, and disclosing an alleged physical altercation with William. Harry has said he expected an apology from his family after leaving the royal life with Markle in March 2020 to start a new life in California.

While Harry is not thought to have spoken to his father or brother, it has already been made clear that since he is no longer a working royal, he will not be permitted to stand on the palace balcony next to the king and Queen Camilla.
Those who represent the “heartbeat and future of his family” and who have devoted their lives to public service will be present with the monarch.
A gold state coach carrying Charles and Camilla, both 75, will transport them from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace. Harry and Markle were relegated to the second row at the Westminster Abbey funeral of Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022.
