iRacing 2023 Season 2 Schedule: Check Out the Latest Vehicles, Locations and Features!

In 2023, iRacing released Season 2, giving players what they wanted most: new vehicles, locations, and features. A new circuit and various cars from 2023 Season 2 are excellent to get your hands on.

While the recent material drop doesn’t provide many cars and tracks, they are all brought to the sim with the same exceptional quality you’d expect from iRacing.

Late Model Stock: Regarding stock cars, iRacing’s newest model is a no-brainer based on JR Motorsports’ CARS Late Model Stock Tour winning machine.

Renault Clio R.S. V: This entertaining and nimble FWD machine, used worldwide in the Renault Clio Cup, carries the legacy of decades of Renault powering single-make racing.

Ray FF1600: The Ray FF1600 is the newest addition to iRacing’s open-wheel ladder and the vehicle of choice for rising star Max Esterson in one of the world’s most historic entry-level racing categories.

Circuito de Jerez–Ángel Nieto: Jerez, Spain’s Circuito de Jerez-ngel Nieto, is the newest European road course added to the simulator. Jerez has hosted the Spanish and European Grand Prix in the past, and it now offers two different layouts.

New Damage Model: The Toyota GR86 and the Ray FF1600 both get updated with the NDM this year.

AI Racing: The Mercedes-AMG W13 E Performance and circuits like Barcelona, Suzuka, and Zandvoort have all their layouts unlocked with artificial intelligence (AI) racing. The new Atlanta oval, Los Angeles Coliseum, Pocono, and Darlington are just a few of the many oval tracks that may be unlocked.

Automatic Refueling: This new feature considers lap times when evaluating how much fuel you should carry with you until the end of the race or how much you should save for a possible pit stop.

Car Parameter Updates: Tire and drafting updates have been made to the NASCAR Cup Series Next Gen cars. In contrast, the Dallara iR-01 has modified its aerodynamics to improve its oval track performance.

Dynamic Brake Audio System: Different sounds will be made by the brakes of the GTE, GT3, GT4, and touring cars as the brake temperature and pressure change.

iRacing (UI) Visual Refresh: The iRacing app now sports a fresh, contemporary design. It has also been updated with several bug fixes and enhancements to provide a more modern feel.
