Following an accident backstage during a concert in Houston over the weekend, Taylor Swift has stated that she is “totally fine.” The singer of “Lavender Haze” thanked the city for the amazing three days and reassured fans on Twitter on Monday.
I just finished performing three amazing gigs in Houston, and I’m waking up grinning and remembering how much fun we all had. Swift wrote in a tweet, “Loving this tour so much because of the energy these crowds bring to it all – honestly can’t wait for Atlanta.
The vocalist of “Midnights” continued by detailing her accident during the performance to her alarmed followers.
When someone inquired about how she sliced her hand, she said, “PS, I’m entirely OK and it was fully my fault – tripped on my dress hem and fell in the dark backstage while hurrying to a quick change – braced my fall with my palm.
Just got to play 3 insane shows in Houston and I’m waking up smiling reminiscing about how much fun we all had. Loving this tour so much because of the passion these crowds put into it all – seriously can’t wait for Atlanta ☺️ PS for those asking how I cut my hand, I’m totally… pic.twitter.com/j3MK7twzdc
