The Honkai: Star Rail release timing has been confirmed following the initial livestream for its 1.0 launch, HoYoverse‘s newest live service offering.
There is no prerequisite for Honkai: Star Rail to begin playing, even though it is a part of the Honkai franchise and has recurring characters from earlier games, and is set in an alternate universe with new versions and backstories for some of the characters.

Honkai: Star Rail was officially launched today, April 26, at 3 a.m. UK (BST), with pre-installation beginning on Sunday, April 23. It turns out that the pre-registration page for iOS did reveal the release date ahead of time.

- Europe: Wednesday, 26th April, 4 am (CEST)
- East Coast US: Tuesday, 25th April, 10 pm (EDT)
- Central US: Tuesday, 25th April, 9 pm (CDT)
- West Coast US: Tuesday, 25th April, 7 pm (PDT)

Honkai: Star Rail pre-registration Rewards
Pre-registering for Honkai: Star Rail is a smart idea as you wait for it to arrive because you’ll get some fantastic in-game incentives for doing so.
Here are the Honkai: Star Rail pre-registration awards you receive for each milestone in sign-up since more rewards become available as pre-registrations approach particular thresholds:
- 500,000 pre-registrations – 50,000 Credits.
- 1 million pre-registrations – x3 Star Rail Passes.
- 2 million pre-registrations – Avatar (Trailblazer Welcome).
- 3.5 million pre-registrations – Serval, a 4-Star Lighting character of The Erudition Path.

You can pre-register for Honkai: Star Rail or add it to your wishlist on the Epic Games Store, the App Store for iOS, and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
A free character and Star Rail Passes to use on pulling more characters will be very beneficial at the start of your Astral Express journey. Just keep in mind that even though these are standard Star Passes, they cannot be used on Banners for limited-time events and can only be used on ordinary Banners.
