Jimmie Allen, a country singer, went on Instagram to tell his fans about a sad event in his family. After almost three years of marriage, he and his wife, Alexis Gale, have chosen to split up. Jimmie and Alexis also said they are going to have another child later this year.
Jimmie told everyone the news in a very sad way. He wrote:
“After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate. As we navigate this life change, we can also share that we will be welcoming another child together later this year. Our number one priority is and always will be ensuring that our children are healthy, happy, and loved, and we remain committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another. In light of our growing family, we respectfully request privacy during this time.” Alexis wrote the same thing on her Instagram page.
Alexis also posted a story on Instagram after the news came out. There was just a black screen with the words “The silence is loud enough for me.”

They have two kids together, Naomi, who is 3 years old, and Zara, who is 18 months old. They are expecting a third child. Jimmie has a son, Aadyn, who is 8 years old, from a past relationship.
This year, Jimmie went on Carrie Underwood’s “Denim & Rhinestones” tour and was a coach on the Apple TV+ singing competition My Kind of Country. “Be Alright,” his newest song, came out earlier this month.
