Jimmie Allen’s former manager is suing him for s*xual ab*se and ass@ult.

In the action filed Thursday in Tennessee, a woman identified as “Jane Doe” claims that the artist “r*ped her and repeatedly subjected her to s*xual ab*se and h@rassment over a period of 18 months” while she worked for his management firm.

The lady claims that Allen, 37, @ssaulted her during a work trip to Los Angeles in March 2021 while he was a guest judge on “American Idol.”

Jane Doe states that she “drank a couple of glasses of white wine” and blacked out during a work dinner with Allen and other industry executives.

The woman alleges she “lost consciousness and awoke n*ked in her hotel room several hours later” with Allen supposedly next to her, pushing her to “take Plan B as soon as possible.”

She alleges she “was bleed!ng v@ginally” and “realized she had lost her v!rginity through no choice of her own.”

She also said Variety, which broke the story first, that he “forced his fingers into her v@gina while she tried to y@nk his hand away” shortly after they left the “Ellen DeGeneres” show and got into a car in May 2021.

In a response to Page Six, Allen disputed all of his former manager’s charges, stating the couple had a years-long consens*al relationship.

“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues, and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever,” Allen explained.

“I admit that we had a s*xual relationship that lasted nearly two years.”

“During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely. Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives.”

“The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false but also extremely damaging,” the “Best Shot” singer added. “I’ve worked extremely hard to develop my career, and I intend to vigorously defend myself against her allegations and take any further legal action required to safeguard my reputation.”

Jane Doe has filed a s*xual battery, @ssault, false imprisonment, s*x trafficking, and emotional distress claim against Allen. She is also suing Wide Open Music and its founder, Ash Bowers, for, among other things, participating in a s*x trafficking business and gross negligence.

Jane Doe claims that she and another person denounced Allen’s “inappropriate behavior” to Bowers and Wide Open Music, expressing how “uncomfortable working with” the singer was.

Bowers, on the other hand, is accused of normalizing Allen’s s*xual harassment and firing her in revenge. Bowers told in a separate statement that he did not fire Jane Doe in retribution and that she was let go after the label severed relations with Allen.

“[Jane Doe] was the day-to-day manager for Mr. Allen,” Bowers explained. “Once Wide Open Music no longer managed Mr. Allen, that role was gone and, furthermore, [the company] has transitioned out of artist management completely.”

The complaint was filed three weeks after Allen and his wife, Alexis Gale, announced their divorce after nearly three years of marriage.
