Supercell launched the Builder Base Bonanza in Clash of Clans earlier this week. It was predicted that this occasion would herald the beginning of the widely awaited Spring 2023 upgrade, which is likely to include the revamped Builder Base 2.0.
Well, when the event finally took place, many seasoned players were disappointed to see that there was no fresh information regarding the impending update. The only thing the event has accomplished is to increase the frequency of player-versus-player conflicts for treasure.
But it wasn’t all bad. Supercell didn’t provide an official sneak look, but it appears that we have nonetheless received some form of a preview.

The brand-new Builder Base 2.0 has been featured in brand-new gameplay videos produced by several Clash of Clans YouTubers. Although Supercell’s ongoing projects have been shown in film form, Builder Base 2.0 gameplay is featured in many of these clips. They give a fantastic preview of how the updated Builder Base will function when it eventually becomes online.

You are probably already aware of the significant changes coming with Builder Base 2.0. The idea was to have fewer, stronger troops with active triggered abilities on the offensive when attacking. There are now two places that can be built for defense.
First up, we have a beta video from Judo Sloth Gaming. He does an excellent job of outlining the active skills of the troops and outlining the main attack plan.
Another well-known player in the Clash of Clans community is Galadon Gaming, and he has a 10-minute Builder Base 2.0 first-look video as well. The video is below.
I think Builder Base will become more strategic as a result of these adjustments. It’s harder to just spam attacks now since you have fewer troops. Plan where to put your troops and when to use their special powers. Additionally, you must be proactive in your attack and pay close attention to what is happening during the course of the conflict.
The Spring 2023 update for Clash of Clans is still not scheduled for release, but it is believed that it will happen later this month or early next month.
